We Offer OnLine Services ie Flight Tickets, Hotel Rooms, Tour Packages, Other Travel Solutions, So Any Return Policy here.

Cancellation Policy Always Mention on Service Voucher we Profide at time of Booking, Its depands only on our Airlines/Hotels/cab Service Providers/Partners Policy.

Refund policy also as per our Partners and Provide after Approve Refunds by them only. We Process Refund and its take 30 days lasts. We can’t offer you a full refund Its aslo depand time to time as per policy only. All Refunds Provide by same source from they deducted only.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Every booking made on zaytex.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.

At Time of Cancellation/Reschedule Flight Ticket its will be charges as per Airline Fare Rule Policy + Rs 499 /- Per Person, Per Side/Sector for All Domestic Airline and as per Airline Fare Rule Policy + Rs 999 /- Per Person, Per Side/Sector for All International Airline as Service Fee Applicable . Service Fee not be refunded to Customer at Any Condition.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.

Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.

Cancellations can be made online Login or offline by sending an email ( Its Take some Time) to Parshv Padmawati Holidays (zaytextravels@gmail.com).

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.

Amendment charges on zaytex.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Parshv Padmawati Holidays recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request to us Via Mail (zaytextravels@gmail.com) for refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancellation request.

In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. Parshv Padmawati Holidays has nothing to do with the refund amount. Parshv Padmawati Holidays will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show.

THE USER AGREES TO PAY FEE CHARGED BY Parshv Padmawati Holidays THE USER AGREES TO PAY FEE CHARGED BY UPON ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATIONS MADE POST BOOKING IRRESPECTIVE OF REFUND AMOUNT, CHANGES OF SCHEDULE Parshv Padmawati Holidays WILL CHARGE RS 499 /- PER PERSON, PER SIDE/SECTOR FOR ALL DOMESTIC AIRLINE AND RS 999 /- PER PERSON, PER SIDE/SECTOR FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE ANY REFUND TO THE USER SHALL BE PROCESSED AFTER DEDUCTING EQUIVALENT AMOUNT TOWARDS THE FEE.

Hotel Amendment & Cancellation Policy –

Every booking made on Parshv Padmawati Holidays is subject to cancellation charges levied by the Hotels, which may vary with respect to hotels and room types. Parshv Padmawati Holidays levies negligible amount of 5% on Domestic Hotels and 8% on International Hotels per room, per night for hotel booking as cancellation service charges

Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to zaytex.com (zaytextravels@gmail.com).

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the hotel directly.

To cancel the booking within 24 Hrs of the journey, Parshv Padmawati Holidays recommends customer to contact directly to the Hotels and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.

Refund Policy –

zaytex.com will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email.

Refund against the cancellation of air tickets & hotel booking will be credited directly in customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines & Hotels respectively.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE OF ANY OTHER SERVICE LIKE TOUR PACKAGES, HOTEL, CAR, BUS, ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDE BY US OFFLINE OR ONLINE WE BE CHARGED EXTRA AS SERVICE CHARGE OF 5% OR AS PER TERMS PROVIDE AT TIME OF BOOKING WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed within 2 working days after all payments required to process the request are settled. In the event of a cancellation, any payments to be refunded after the deduction of payments required to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account which was used to make the original purchase within 15 working days thereafter. Some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 30 days thereafter to display the credited amount.
